There are a million stories in Liberty City. This one changes everything. Once a trusted wise guy in the Leone crime family, Toni Cipriani was forced into hiding after killing a made man.
Now he's back and it's time for things to be put right. The streets of Liberty City are in turmoil. ストーリー
リバティーシティ。ここには数知れぬ物語がある。

トニー・シプリアーニ。彼が今、表舞台に帰って来た。すべてをあるべき姿に戻すために。
政治腐敗に組織犯罪、麻薬売買や労働組合のストライキ。そしてそれに
付けこんだマフィア同士の抗争。この街の現実は混乱を極めている。ボス
であるレオーネに街の支配権を握らせようと奮闘するトニーに、イカれた暗殺者、
倫理観の欠如した大富豪に汚職政治家、さらには彼の母親までが立ちはだかる。
この無秩序な街に、信頼に値する人間などいないのだ。
やがて彼は、この街の根幹を揺るがすほどの抗争へと身を投じることになる。
ファミリーの為なら、そしてその中における自らの地位の為なら、トニーは手段を選びはしない。
