Following the immense success of the first game published in 1999, Memories Off turned from an independent title to one of the best selling dating simulation game series by releasing the second installment, Memories Off 2nd in 2001.
The story is focused on the relationships between Iha Ken, a third year high school student and the various girls he meets in his life. Ken has been dating his classmate Shiragawa Hotaru since six months ago, at the prime of their relationship, they believed that their relationship and happiness would last until eternity. But little misunderstandings and small disagreements that starts cropping up in the summer vacation changes all that.
The couple has created uncountable fond memories, but how would Ken choose if another girl appears in his life? A girl who is worth his breaking up with Hotaru?
Together with these conflicting emotions and troubles, Ken is unconsciously creating some truly irreplaceable memories with...

その後も様々なプラットホームで発売されてきた人気作品です。
今作は、そのメモリーズオフシリーズの中の第2弾として2001年9月に発売された作品です。
■ストーリー
主人公「伊波健」は、私立の高校に通う高校3年生。
半年前から同級生の「白河ほたる」と交際している。
ずっと変わらないと、信じていた。2人の関係も、今の幸せな状況も。
しかし、夏休みのある出来事を境に、健の日常に変化が訪れる。
些細な誤解。すれ違う心……。小さな変化は、やがて取り返しのつかないところまで膨らんで……。
2人の間にある、数え切れぬほどの想い出。けれど、その想い出を振り切ってでも、
一緒にいたいと思える女性が現れたとしたら……。健は選ぶことができるのだろうか？
これから共に、かけがえのない想い出を築いていく、その人を────。
