12Riven: The Psi-Climinal of Integral is a text base adventure game with a complicated and engaging plot. The players are allowed to view the events in the story through a normal high school boy and a tough police woman's eyes as they work toward rescuing a girl, Myuu, from being killed by a powerful and mysterious psychic.
The game supports a multi-ending system. Although there is one true ending, depending on what choices the gamers have made during the events, the story may result in a completely different way from the intended ending. And it is always a pleasure to view all the endings.
2012年5月。雅堂錬丸に一通のメールが届く。今日『2012年5月20日：正午』――ひとりの少女がこの世を去る。あのときの約束を 誓いを 思い出せ――錬丸。
一方、特殊公安捜査官の三嶋鳴海にもメールが届く。鳴海先輩 今、ひとりの少女が命を奪われようとしています。お願いです。彼女を――ミュウを守ってあげてください。
各々が現場に急行するふたり、そこで目撃したものは、見たことの無い術を使う連中だった。
