Choose to take care of animals or plant products in Futago no Mura. Earn your living by selling milk, wool and honey when you choose to live in the livestock village and sell turnips, cabbage and all sorts of flowers if you choose to live in the farming village.
Process your goods, knit your wool into fabric to fetch more money, plant expensive flowers, cocoa and even rice.
Your own clothing and the other character's outfits change depending on where you live. You can choose to become a boy or a girl and develop different relationships with the characters.

I received this game in just a couple of days from Play Asia after my order! Such good service! For gamers who are into story mode games should try this game out ! It's really fun!

Best of all the Harvest Moon!
Before this was released I really loved Grand Bazaar(I still do but) this one is too awesome! I love the art! The concept is really nice too... less work now! I love how they divided the work into two villages! It lessen the stress and headache in simulating your everyday! The goal isn't very challenging since I'm about to manage to get the two villages to get along in just ONE year. I'm glad though since you actually don't need to cheat here since the heart/(flower?) events happens when you are on a date with the bachelor(or for guys, bachelorette). Saves time in searching in the net for how to occur the ____ event. I happen to like all the characters so far and anyway, out of all the harvest moon/bokujou monogatari game that I've played this is the best and I reckon that it will always be. Its really fun to play and easy to understand. Yeah, I'm quite fluent in Japanese but besides reading the otsukai memos, you don't really need japanese language since its almost the basics of all the harvest moon games.
Btw, I rate this 9.5/10

The Game is very addictive
I Bought this game a few weeks ago
I Love this game, even it's hard to understand with full japanese. I only understand a litte piece, but this game is awesome, you don't need extra effort to play it, if you understand hiragana,Katakana and Kanji even a litte it's really help you very much.
In this Game you can play around two villages, Blubell and Konohana, each village have special event, and you can date a bachelor or bachelorette both from two villages.
I spend every days to play this game, One week to get 1 year. OMG I can't stop to play this game. THe One that I hate this game so much because the distance of two villages why so far, :D
at leats this game it's very good, I wait the english version soon. I highly recommend this game for all of you to purchasing it. You won't be disappointed.

maybe the best harvest moon yet!
This Harvest Moon game is beautiful. It stays true to the series but with a a few new things that help make this game stand out from all of the others. This is a must have game!

The Full Harvest Moon Experience and More
This game is pretty typical Harvest Moon fare, with few true innovations to the gameplay style, but that's what makes it good. The Harvest Moon formula has worked for years and as long as they keep bringing in new villages, new characters, and new events it'll keep working for years to come.
I'd recommend this game over the other DS titles based purely on just how large this game is. In comparision with other Harvest Moon DS titles, it's like Animal Parade is to Tree of Tranquility.
The map is enormous, beautiful, and engaging with many little nooks and crannies to explore, there are tons of wild animals to befriend as well as livestock to raise and pets to love, there are a very large multitude of crops, grains, flowers, and trees to grow, and there are all kinds of interesting events going on.
The story is more engaging than most recent Harvest Moon titles and it's easy enough to complete while playing normally. You don't have to go out of your way to make it happen or spend hours doing menial tasks just to find that one lousy sprite you were missing.
The characters, as per usual, rely heavily on stereotypes to make their personalities stand out, but there are a few uncommon types in this game, which makes things feel fresh.
Overall, it's a great addition to the Harvest Moon series and I highly recommend that new and old fans alike look into purchasing it. You won't be disappointed.
