Best sonic game since Sonic & Knuckles
The games fast with sharp clean graphics, although they sometimes look a little bland. Boss battles are completey 3D in presentation but play in 2D. They look great but some are harder than they should be.
Level design is generally good, although youl be moving so fast, it can seem like pot luck which path youl take through them. Later levels do suffer from far too many leaps of faith that end in death which becomes extremly frustrating.

Overall id say its the best sonic game since the megadrive/genisis versions. However, don't expect this to be any near as good as Sonic 2.

I wish people gave honest ratings on this site rather than '5/5!!!!!11!1!!!one1!! :(

Fast, great gameplay and the language is 99,99 % in Enlish... Recommended!

Sonic is back
Wahrscheinlich das beste Sonic Game seit Sonic und Knuckles. Super Grafik, rasante Geschwindigkeit und einfach nur geil. Da kann Mario einpacken. Wer ein schnelles, action- und ideenreiches Jump 'n' Run sucht kann hier bedenkenlos zugreifen.

10/10 Punkte.

Absolutely fabulous
Very well enjoyable. Language isn't a barrier despite this being a Japanese release instead of the US one, as the text is mostly in English. Highly recommended!

Fast & Fun
Very fast and lots of fun, the way sonic is meant to be but this time its on 2 screens, which adds to the fun. Brilliant graphics on the DS and its mostly in English so the language isnt a problem and its much cheaper than the US version, 10/10 !!!
