If someone told you the plot for this game - vampire, alines and gunslinger all in a single package - you MIGHT feel inclided to pass on it.
Well, don't.
Boktai DS is an outstanding game. It's my first venture in the Bokati world, but it definitely made me want to try the previous titles.
The gameplay is interesting; and the saving-wherever-you-are feature can be a lifesafer, especially for those who like to play the DS games outside, while on the bus or train, and might need to shut the console off at any moment.
The graphic is very good, and so is the music. The animated videos are superb. If you can acquire the Japanese version, you'll be threated to a secret bonus: a crossover with the Megaman Starforce games, which will give you an extra terrenial and powers to work with.
Definitely a game I'd reccommend.

this game is good over all its a really great adventure game..you switch off between two characters one is a sun person and one is a dark person, the sun person when in sun light can regenerate his sp and when in the dark the dark character regenerates his power..if you like adventure with a action this is your game.

Awesome Import
This is probably my 3rd import I just bought and man I love it so much. I now own both the US and JAP version of the games now. I recommend anyone who's into Bokura no Taiyou Series to get this game, period.

US version "Lunar Knights" is great and all, but it's nothing compare to this great game. Wifi capability to battle others online, and secrets to Ryuusei no Rockman CrossOvers and enhancements. BUY NOW!

i`m thrilled to say that this game deserves to be bought. Grapichs is good for a DS System, but what makes it interesting is gameplay.

Great Game
It has a good graphics and in'game movies. also the possibility to strengthen your weapons.
I'm new to Bokurano Taiyo series, but this game made me want to try the previous ones already.
has a nice combination of touch pen and buttons in the game. Nice in game puzzles and challenges.

Great Game!
I'm a big fan of the Boktai series, although I've only played 1 & 2. Nevertheless, Bokura no Taiyou DS: Django & Sabata (Also known as Boktai DS, although it'll be called Lunar Knights over here in the USA) is a great addition to the Boktai series.

The first thing you'll notice is that it's a DS game. Although it was previously rumored to have a solar sensor addition in the GBA slot, this was debunked at E3 2006 when they announced it's use the DS' in-game clock (although if you insert one of the 3 Boktai games into the GBA slot it'll use the GBA game's solar sensor). Another thing you'll nitice is that the characters look different from the actual Solar Boy and Dark Boy. Why? They made new characters and gave them the previous games' names, although here they'll be known as Aaron & Lunecia (Atleast I think Lunecia's his name)...

Also, there are new weapons. Although "Django" uses 2 Solar Guns instead of 1, "Sabata" uses a sword instead of the Gun Del Hel.

Overall, this is a great game. Now they just need to release Boktai 3 in the USA & other countries!
