Quality fun but easy
I've been itching to try a Starfy game for some time and finally picked this one up.

I was hoping it would be vaguely similar to a Kirby game. In some ways it is but it is far too easy in my opinion.

This is perfect for kids and anyone wanting a casual side scroller. It is pure quality and has nice touches of humour in the dialogue.

If you grew up on Mario games then you'll be able to play this in your sleep.

Underwater Fun
My wish for an English version of Starfy has finally been answered. The game is just plain fun. The 2D graphics are really well done and the little 3D touches are done in good taste too. The game is a bit on the easy side and it does have a very kiddy exterior, but games are about fun and this is what you get in this game. Forget guns and gritty atmosphere, all you need is this happy underwater adventure.

FUN!
This game in incredibly fun, looking at starfy talk and watching the cut scene over and over again never bores you, and neither will the game itself. Too bad the game isn't the longest game ever. It's around the same duration as Kirby's game, and they're both genre. And because we both know they're from Nintendo, we're pretty much guaranteed high quality game.

Great under sea adventure
I know there are many platformer for NDS, but The Legendary Starfy featuring unique adventure under the sea. Unlike Mario who is originally human plumber, he might get drawn, Starfy is a star fish able to swim around freely. There is no need of achieving double jump ability to reach higher platform, just swim there.

The other remarkable feature, is the ability to join transform with the local stage sea creature, which enable Starfy to handle enemies and local boss with ease. With entertaining boss fight and colorful environments, this game is suitable for all ages.

Hopefully more translated Starfy games arrive, since in Japan this series have gained its popularity and produced many episodes.
