I honestly have to admit, even though this was a Square Enix title, I wasn't expecting much at all... boy was I wrong!

This has to be one of my favourite DS games. Exceptional artwork (of course) and an even better soundtrack! I would have liked it to a little harder, difficulty wise... but then, I say that about most games these days.

Previous posters were right in commenting about proficiency with the Japanese language - but at this reduced price, I'd still by buy it anyway.

If you're a fan puzzle type games, you'd be crazy to pass up on this (at this price)

Great Game
This is a great game, but it has its drawbacks. The biggest one is that if you don't know Japanese it could be pretty tough because you wont know the story or the system. But if you can you should definitely pick this up its got a really good story, fun game, and great voice acting.

Very Surprised
Excellent visuals, soundtrack, and brilliant gameplay combine to make this title a standout game for the DS. Highly rewarding title given the premise and detective gameplay forefront focus of the game, seeing it through to the very satisfying conclusion make this an exceptional title.

However, the ultimate enjoyment of this mystery game does indeed rely on necessary knowledge of Japanese, and is thus, not recommended for those who unfortunately cannot read nor understand the overall language.

Overall, exceptional game with an unfortunate language barrier.

If you don't have any idea of Japanese, don't even consider buying. It has a really complicated system (with lots of rules) and a heavy-texted story. But character design is cool.

superb art and some fantastic music bring the story alive...and you will want to see it through to a conclusion...an intelligent game for gamers who have the skill to appreciate class when they see it..

I'm not a fan of Square Enix games, but this one is cool! The mystery aspect of this game is very interesting and the whole detective thing is just too awesome. The characters look real nice and the music is great, you definitely won't get tired of listening to them. If you like solving mysteries, it'll be a great game for you.

Some Japanese required
As you would expect from Square-Enix this is a very beautiful game that really shows off what the DS can do in the right hands. There's a great story and interesting battle system in there, but if you don't take the time to read up on them you'll miss out on the experience.

100% Crap Game
Just a few days ago I got my copy of the game when it was still running for ten bucks, and I can honestly say it isn't even worth half that...

Bland character designs, falsely advertised trailer (there are NO anime cutscenes), absolutely horrifyingly bad "detective aspect", and a downright sloppy and boring "combat system."

There's a good reason why Play-Asia is constantly slashing price on this game, and you as a customer should NOT fall for it.

Coming from the development team that brought you Dirge of Cerberus, you ought to know better than this...

My Newest Obsession!
This is possibly the best game I've played ever since I bought a DS! It has everything: great graphics, a very interesting and unique storyline, a beautiful soundtrack and lots of mysterious for you to solve.

However, a small warning for those who are planning to purchase the game. You will need general knowledge of Japanese to understand the gameplay as there are no walkthrough guides available yet.

Highly recommended for all RPG and mystery game lovers!
