Urgh
I usually enjoy adventure games, and this was actually one that I looked forward to. Unfortunately, this was only a good game to showcase all the amazing things that the DS is capable of - microphone, touch pad and even the reflective capabilities. Beyond that, the story was rather lacking, and the dialogue was rather predictable. Get it only if you're a major fan of point-and-click adventure games.

Good but too short.
It was one of the first adventures on the DS and it is an accomplished title that implements the unique features of the DS into the gameplay. It has a good story too.
But keep in mind that you'll have it finished within no more than 4 hours at first play and there is very very little replay value. Just when you start enjoying the puzzle solving the game's already over. There's just not enough to justify a purchase at full price (any more - now more than one year after its release).

Knowledge of Japanese required
This is a great mystery / adventure game. The graphics, music, and interface are all beautifully done, and it's really interesting to play. If you can't read Japanese, I'd wait for an English version; understanding what's being said in the extensive dialog is really essential to enjoying it. While there's quite a bit of kanji (which can be hard to make out sometimes with the small font), I found the dialog easy to understand, since it's all based on what's happening on the screen. I could make out almost everything that's being said with a pretty basic understanding of Japanese. If you're a bit familiar with the language, you'll probably enjoy this game a lot.
