A simple rhythm game, but it's really highly addictive! The title literally means Taiko Drum Master, and you are playing the drum on the touch screen with 2 styluses (provided by the game). The tone changes with the instrument: When the tone changes, the patterns on the taiko logo changes as well!! There are fifteen types of instruments. Be sure to perform with all of them!
By using the DL wireless, two players can aide each other and a maximum of four players can join! Records of the duels are kept.
Clothes can be changed: This feature has been well received in the last installment, this time the players can transform into national heroes! Aside from all these features, you can receive mail from guest characters!
A total of 50 songs are renewed, this include some popular Japanese anime and movie theme songs.

inc 2 FREE DRUMSTICK STYLUS one of the best rhythm games on the market,with a great variety of songs that will have you returning for more,time and again..very addictive,very Japanese in style and variety and including the 2 free drum stick stylus in the box is a great addition to a superb package....never out of my DS...you will love this 5/5

A great addicitive game! I love this series and the songs are great! It has a range of songs from game themes, anime, j-pop and classical. The levels are fun and challenging and the adventure mode is a fun new way to play.

V-E-R-Y Addictive!!! This is surely one of the most addictive games EVER...along with Ouendan (both I and II). Get it NOW! You WON'T regret it! *_*

If you're walking and can't play it with your stylus, you can still play it with the buttons. The song list is amazing, there are about 50 songs in total, in 4 difficulties. There's also some kind of "Adventure" mode. Songs are from popular animes, J-pop, game musics, or even classical music and children's music. Overall, a highly addictive game that will leave you playing for months, until the next Taiko game comes out ^^.
