Excellent Game!
This is a superb sequel to RetroGame Challenge. Even if you don't understand a lick of Japanese, there's tons of fun to had with it. I heartily recommend it for anyone who enjoyed the first game.

Except for a game or two...
...this is totally playable for English-speaking players. There is a text-heavy RPG in here, but there are walk-throughs online to unlock the games beyond that. And they're all worth playing, even though I'm thoroughly addicted to just playing Wiz-Man (the first game) over and over! Definitely worth the cash!

Even better than part 1!
This faux minigame collection is awesome! I was reluctant at first to buy it because of my complete lack of japanese skills, but I enjoyed it a lot! The majority of the games can be played without any knowledge of foreign language. Great variety of games spawning many games consoles (nes, snes, gameboy, pc). If you enjoyed the first one, you'll love this one!

Excellent nostalgic adventure
This game is a real treat for those who have grown up playing video games all these years (from the days of the Famicom). Not only that, but the games in Game Center CX: Arino no Chousenjou 2 also contains upgrade in features and complexity enough to suit the taste of new gamers who have never experienced games of 8-bit generation.
The only downfall of this game is that the "challenges" in the main mode is a little on the easy side. However there's enough challenge for everyone in the game to keep players going for hours and hours.
