Great collection of SEGA classics
This compilation is a great collection to remember the golden age of SEGA, Genesis in particular. My personal favorites are Golden Axe I and II, Phantasy Stars series, shinobi series, and altered beast. The others are also nice to have. The graphics are well preserved, which means you can't expect more than 16 bit quality. But the key is the gameplay, which is very original, since they pioneer most of popular genre.

I hope one day SEGA releases their collection of Arcade series.

Fine retro compilation
I never owned a Megadrive/Genesis, so it was great to be able to play some of these games for the first time.

The PSP screen does a fantastic job of the graphics for these old games. Some games and extras are locked to begin with, meaning you need to play through a few challenges to access everything.

Very good value for money - even though some of the games have aged VERY badly.

The Phantasy Star games have a huge amount of solid RPG gameplay. Flicky, Comix Zone, and of course the Sonic games are also excellent.

Enjoying SOME of the classics
Enjoy the Classics of Golden Axe, Sonic the Hedgehog 1 and 2, Shadow Dance and Shinobi, Columns, and 3 Phantasy Star Classic RPGs have already gone over the value you might have paid trying to own the actual cartridges. The big downside is the loading time, but what PSP game hasn't suffered from that even when it shouldn't have. Still a great way for gamers to get back to their roots and enjoy games when they were actually GOOD.
