description
As the direct prequel of the critically acclaimed console title Assassins Creed, discover more of the story of Altair as he must find the chalice, an object of such power that whoever is in possession of it can end the Crusades.
Altair will explore a fully realized 3D world traveling through four cities of the Crusades Middle East. The game, like its console counterpart, will feature acrobatic moves and exhilarating combo attacks that mix sword skills and kicks.
The setting is 1191 AD. The Third Crusade is tearing the Holy Land apart. You, Altair, intend to stop the hostilities by suppressing both sides of the conflict.

The saga continues for the legendary assassins and 3 games for the price of 1, this purchase is a no-brainer

Awesomeness!
I'm not a fan of action games but this caught me!!
Although the assassinations can be a bit gory with the blood splatter and all but the gameplay is amazingly smooth and easy to control most of the time.

3 great games
The serie become deeper into the history of the templars and the pieces of eden. More diversification and more action.
The disc contain 2 installable games (AC II and Brotherhood) and the game AC Revelation.

Great games
My only complaint would be that the graphics of the faces of assassins creed 2 are not all there, but Florence is still gorgeous.

Great game with great package
I really love the cover. Feel a little bit shocked to realize that it's Japan Only version and AC1 has no other languages to select from except for Japanese though AC2 has three languages (Eng, Italian, JP). If you don't mind that it's a Japan Only version, you should buy it for a good price.

Watered down version of the game is still pretty good
Though there were many complaints that there is a lack of depth in the Assassin's creed bloodlines, the game is still quite enjoyable for a PSP game. Graphics are better than most PSP ports such as Army of Two the Fortieth day. It retains the main elements of Assassin's creed, like climbing buildings and assassinations along with the familiar mini games. An enjoyable fix of Altair's adventures on the go.

A fun game!!!
Amusing game and brilliant graphics, but the story is a little too short.

ASSASSIN'S CREED BLOODLINES (PSP)
although this game has been taking some knocks in reviews, i'd like to say that it has some very fun elements. the combat is pretty simplified, and the camera makes some of the platforming a chore, but both elements still convey much of the feel of the Assassin's Creed series. if you played through the first game and are wondering how the story led to italy in the second game, then Bloodlines is a good bridge. if you haven't played any other AC games, however, everything from the story to the interface will probably mystify you. this game isn't great, but for a portable Assassin's Creed-esque experience, it does have some fun moments.

Fun game if you like the latest prince of persia's although a little repetative
The game's fun and creative. It has an interesting story line and the different abilities and style of the game are fun. The only problem with the game is that once you've completed the first two or three cities, it feels like you're doing the same things over and over again. A well put together game all the same.

Repetitive, but oh! so fun!
As per title, it's repetitive, you do always the same things, but these things are done so well!

Nice visuals and sound, though gameplay could get repetitive
While perhaps not as accurate as in history the story line is pretty deep. The graphics is great. AI could be improved but it's livable. Great controls for the PC version and I played with the standard keyboard and mouse.
Gameplay can get repetitive cause your task will be similar in nature, you assassinate someone and you have to escape afterwards.
But that can be overlooked by it's visuals, sounds, and even the story.
And with this price tag, there is not much to compromise.

A bit disappointing but it is still has a strength
This game is awesome! Nice graphics but the gameplay gets repetitive as the game progresses. Its greatest strength is, in my opinion, in the story. The story is so overwhelming that I forgot my disappointments for what I have expected that Assassin's Creed will give us gamers.
This is what I can suggest. If you're looking for a game that offers many things that you can do, then this game is not for you. Try GTA4. If you're a story geek, like me, then this is a must buy.

Assassin's Creed: Altair's Chronicles
The original Assassin's Creed for the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 was highly anticipated - for once, you could blend into crowds, scale walls and perform acrobatic stunts, just like an assassin. So it isn't much of a surprise that another game from the series would appear. Altair's Chronicles is not a sequel, but a prequel to the events in the original game. As the assassin Altair, you seek to recover a chalice that could end the Crusades for good. Being an assassin, you'll have to travel around cities via rooftops, dodging traps, hacking up guards when you're compromised, and finding out information about the chalice step-by-step. There's no huge, intricate plot like in the original - Altair's Chronicles focuses more on action than the storyline. Much of the game has you travelling from one point to another in well-designed levels, like a platformer. There are checkpoints littered after almost every major point in a map - it won't hurt as much when you die. Unless you are really careful, you can die a lot - you can even die just by runniing into a very obvious spike. But since you have infinite lives, you can just keep going and going until you get to the next checkpoint. Some enjoyable mini-games break up the pace - there's one where you have to pickpocket a person within a time limit, and an interrogation one that has you poking circles like the DS music game Osu! Tatakae! Ouendan. Assassin's Creed: Altair's Chronicles is a decent attempt to bring the series to the DS. Unfortunately, the enjoyable gameplay is somewhat marred by the lack of polish in its controls and visuals. Or, like me, you could just treat Altair's Chroniclesas a way to see how assassins get brutally slaughtered by the environment. Your character has far too many lives, anyway.
