Attack of the Saiyans
I was kinda disappointed at times at how easy the game seemed. I almost never had to buy any healing potions, since the monsters usually had loads of them with them and later on, as you got the more convenient Capsules, you actually didn't have to heal yourself at all, until you got to the boss fights. Still, there were some things that were hard or required more thinking, not to mention if you wanted to collect all the monsters for Kami or just wanted to add their info to your Scouter, you had to fight carefully so that you wouldn't actually kill the monsters before you got what you wanted.
What I liked was how you had to use certain tactics when fighting with different characters. For example, Yamcha's Wolf Fang Fist seemed to miss a lot, so once you learned the technique that raised his Accurary for a while, you learned to use that a lot before trying to strike. Goku's After Image Technique was pretty handy, too, and Active Guard, that was great!
The filler sagas weren't as annoying as I feared and I kinda enjoyed playing through them and trying to spot different cameos from the first Dragon Ball series. Unfortunately, these things weren't often explained so unless you are familiar with DB you're kinda left out of the joke. The character designs and animations were great and colourful (as well as the scenery) and I don't think there's anything as adorable as chibi-Gohan and chibi-Vegeta (I usually had Gohan as the field character because he was just so damn cute).
There didn't seem to be too many soundtracks, since I could hear the same musics in different stages. The voices were in Japanese, which was good (I just loved how Goku, Krillin and Yamcha said Kamehameha in different ways, always cracked me up for some reason) and especially Piccolo was just too damn cool.
For a hard-core DB-fan like myself, the game was enjoyable, but for someone who's looking more than just one gameplay (seriously, once you beat Vegeta it's over) it may be disappointing. Still, I'm looking forward for a possible sequel, just so that I could play as Vegeta!

A good starter RPG which isnt too complicated. Its not particularly as hardcore RPGs such as Disgaea etc but it is a must if a Dragonball fan like me!
