do not buy this! I bought this from playasia a copuple of weeks ago and it is bad...really bad! I am using a psp1006 and it does not last me even 2 hours!! spend a little more and buy the original sony battery. untill there is a reliable replacement battery, i will stick to the original..cheers.

Really? Thought this would be great, bu doesn't tell you when low, suddenly just died on me in the middle of a footy match. Cue swear words on a packed train.
Buy if desperate but wait for a better battery.

Don't buy these I bought this battery after reading the review and found out only varadero23 is telling the truth it only give 5 hours to my psp slim at maximum charge so dun waste your time buy the original sony battery if you want longer game hours

Great Life.... but The battery works very well, my Slim will easily calculate remaining battery time, will go to and wake up from standby - good purchase. HOWEVER, this is *NOT* the same size as a Sony slim battery, that's why they include a special cover. So, if you don't want part of your psp to look "off" or to stick out, buy something else.
