The story takes place at the end of the 20th century at a beautiful Japanese city by the sea, "Hirazaki". The main character, Katsuba Kyouji who led a peaceful and easy life, found himself the target of an unexplained attack from nowhere, and got bestowed with the fantastic ability to summon and control devils. At the same time, Katsuba gleamed of the evil plans of the horrifying other race. Maybe it is god's plan that Katsuba Kyouji met up with the female lead, Rei, who possessed the same wondrous ability. And so the two characters set on their hard and bloody battles to save the human race...
故事是發生在20世紀末，地點是日本一座美麗的海邊城市「平崎市」。過着安逸生活的主角葛葉KYOUJI，由於有一天突然收到了不明來歷的攻擊，而擁有了召喚和操縱惡魔的神奇力量。同時，葛葉也發現了來自恐怖異族的邪惡計劃。也許是命運的安排，葛葉KYOUJI遇上了同樣具有神奇力量的女主角REI。於是兩人開始了拯救人類世界的艱辛血戰……。
