Worth The Purchase
With an entire remake of the original PC version of TTT. This is definitely worth the price. Comparing it to the PC, the game play, visuals and music has improved quite a lot. I would recommend it for those hungry Tactical Role Playing Gamers along with AQUAPLUS fans & old TTT players.
description
Tears to Tiara: Kakan no Daichi takes place 1200 years after the bronze period. The rapidly rising superpower Holy Empire is expanding their lands and gradually they are usurping areas under the Ancient Kingdom's rule.
Erin Island is one of the small countries being invaded, to counter their forces, the inhabitants, a tribe named Gale is holding a ceremony to call forth the demon lord, and in order to do so, they offered their priestess, a young girl named Rianon as a sacrifice.
Due to various reasons, the ceremony failed, however, the demon lord Aaron is awakened and so his quests begin.
The game is split into an adventure part and a battle part. The adventure part is where you converse with characters and proceed with the plot. These scenes are text based but fully voiced by a star studded cast of seiyuus that bring out the essence the the characters with their voices
The battle power depends on the character's associated element. Keep your eyes on the wheel located at the lower right hand corner, it rotates to a new element for every battle. To make full use of the system, split your group of player characters up carefully and send the suitable group to the battles.

Great Strategy Game
I never had the chance to play the original PC game. However, this version is engaging and it really surpassed my expectations. I am still learning Japanese, so I have to pass an important amount if time, reading and checking the words. However, once you use to that is like a learning path. It is a very fun way to increase your knowledge in the language. I strongly recommend to have at least so basis on Japanese, otherwise, it would be very difficult.

Good Game
It took me a little bit to get around the game. Still learning a few things, but by practicing things out. You might need some help with the Japanese, outside of that it isn't too hard to find your around.
Battle system can be a little bit long, but outside of that. It's fun and the experience is fun and well balanced out. Graphics are nice too.
If you've watched the anime first, you'll have a general idea what's going on. A most for the anime fan.
