Either button mashing or careful combo chaining, this game is satisfying to play and watch.

Since first appareance of this game at PSX, I´m seeking his history, and this shipment don´t disappoint me.

Best Weapon Fighter Around
What can you say, awesome in visuals and sound, with a very good control system.

Many different play styles mixed with great attention to details make the fighting both fun and satisfying. Quirky cinematics and story is expected and it delivers.

As with most 1 on 1 fighting games, they can get reptitive for the average fan who does not want to master any of the charatcers, but it is amazing the satisfaction of mastering a character and pulling off moves you never though possible.

Anyone not inerested in 1 on 1 fighting games should think twice before buying, but everyone else, no need to wait for the next best weapon based fighting game, as this will not be beaten this generation!

Best Soul Calibur ever!
I fell in love with this game since the first one, Soul Edge/Soul Blade, and keep playing the sequels. SC IV has the best graphics and still keep the unique fighting style.

As people said, outstanding graphics and also very solid and good playability. Well, we're talking about Soulcalibur, an instant premier just by hearing its name.

I just felt a bit for it not having as much content as SCIII. Where are those animated profiles, with voice selection, camera angle, stage and other options? It had been in the series since the first installment. Where are the bonus games? The story mode doesn't really follow much of in-depth stories as the previous volumes of the series and is too short, and the lack of more varying swordfighting styles bug me a bit as well.

Other than those, it's the awesome Soulcalibur we all came to love - for obvious reasons.

SCIV
Not as much content as SCIII but it's still a solid sequel to the series. The character creation has much depth and the addition of online is nice. The graphics are absolutely jaw dropping, some of the best this gen. Received my order within days from Play-Asia and everything came perfectly so thumbs up there. And if anyone is wondering, the Asian version is exactly the same as the US version and it completely region free.

You got to buy it NOW! The graphics are good, controls are also easy. But yes, the story mode is very short - only 5 levels. But otherwise, the game blows your mind!
