Combat is solid and its fun discovering on your own which attacks combo together. If you've played Cross Edge, you'll know what to expect since Compile Heart came up with this first. Hard and Easy modes + the various lineage routes you can come up really amp up the replay value.
If you were turned off be the menus and load of information on the HUD, then be at ease cause its nowhere near as overloading.
Agarest Senki (CH Selection) This is an anime fan and strategy fan's dream game. Very fun game and a great story. Will need to find translation guides and walkthroughs if you do not understand the language though.
