This game is pretty fun, but mindless side quest, lousy mission structure,pointless travelling to fast-travel points...makes the experience less than enjoyable. Still better than the original though.

Better than the original
I enjoyed the original, but it was quite repetitive. This sequel fixes the problems of the first, and is a blast to play. I have already spent more time than I had originally anticipated, and highly recommend this game to any fans of the original.

One of the Best Games of the Year
Assassin's Creed 2 is a much better game than its predecessor. You can do so much more and the graphics, voice acting and gameplay is simply spectacular!

This sequel may not feel quite as fresh as the first game's handful of exceptional moments did, but it serves up a more consistently enjoyable experience from start to finish!

The least feature pack
I just wanted to point out that the Asian "Black Limited Edition" of Assassin's Creed 2 is the least impressive of all the limited editions available. Unlike the PAL Black editions, this version does not come with a art book, special case and most importantly the 3 extra levels. You only get one extra level, which is exactly what comes with the supposedly inferior "White Limited Edition". In fact apart from the Ezio figurine having a different garb, the Black and White versions are indistinguishable and the difference in price between them is far from justified.
