Another Victorious Fighting Game Tekken 6 is the pinnacle of the series, with smooth 60 fps graphics, a vast array of characters with hundreds of moves and combos, and an online battle mode which makes gameplay nearly infinite. The Tekken Force mode is also back, so for fans of Streets of Rage and similar beat-em-ups, there's something for you too. The only thing that may annoy some people (but you get used to it) are the loading screens. There's a noticeable amount of loading screens, between each fight, during custimization screens, before and after saving, when changing modes... There's even a loading screen when going to the character select screen after you lose a bout in arcade mode... In the begining, its really annoying, but after you get used to it.
All in all, this game is a definite buy, and should be picked up by any fighting game fans.
Not bad - but something missing... If you're a die-hard fan of the series, this is a no-brainer to purchase.
The online content is laggy, and the 'scenario mode' (to unlock better costumes), is just grinding at it's worst :(
However playing with a friend, a couple of arcade sticks, and a big HDTV, this game still bowls me over.
Will be playing this for a lot longer than I did with StreetFighter4.
Great game, horrible netcode The game itself is truly awesome, but playing online is such a pain, the net code is so bad that i have never experienced a lag free game. Even playing with people in my friend list (which i play lag free street fighter 4 games) will give me a huge lag. Hope Namco can fix this issue fast
