Continuing on from the first movie, Brian O'Conner has left LA due to his illegal actions. When he is given the chance of 'freedom', he agrees to work with the police to go undercover and try to bring down drug lord Carter Verone. Eager to earn back his freedom, Brian agrees and swiftly recruits old friend Tyrese to help him in his aid.
