This is a story of a little pigeon named Valiant who overcomes his size to become a hero in Great Britain's Royal Homing Pigeon Service (RHPS) during World War II. 黃毛小鴿V仔, 終日夢想成為皇家軍鴿特工隊隊員, 為國家效勞. 剛巧, 聯軍在二次大戰的形勢急轉直下, 大英軍官吉史只好臨時徵召雜牌軍, 齊齊飛去法國, 將一個重要的訊息帶返英國. 一班良莠不齊的級小隊在極速之下組成一身材細小但[勇]字當頭的V仔, 肥騰騰又烏卒卒的畢斯, 文弱書生的阿諾, 餅印孖生兄弟大飛飛及大舊活等, 以低於水平標準參軍, 齊齊拍住上, 實行以身守衛家園......在關鍵時刻, 吉史軍宫突然降落失敗, 連畢斯也被死敵德軍的秃鷹鬼爪生摛. 軍中無大將, 到底最後細小的V仔能否成功拯救同伴並完成任務呢?
