Seiken Densetsu DS: Children of Mana is the first game as part of the World of Mana compilation launched by Square-Enix.
In the middle of the island of Illusia stands the famous Tree of Mana. Several years ago, a great disaster took place at the base of the tree and many lives were lost, leaving the main characters as orphans. A brave young boy and girl used the Sword of Mana to save the world from disaster. Now, years later, the main characters set out to investigate the details of the event that took so many loved ones away from them.
The game retains real-time battle mechanics of previous games in the Seiken Densetsu series, but is closely being modeled after Secret of Mana. The environments also retain the interactivity with weapons and items seen in certain Seiken Densetsu titles. New to the series is the Dual-Weapon system, which gives the player the ability to wield two weapons at once on the X and A buttons - a long range and short ranged weapon.

Another Great Game in the Mana Series
Not as good as Secret, Legend, or Seiken Densetsu 3, but still a great game. The combat is fast and fluid with no issues. The gameplay does get a little repetative towards the end of the game, but not enough to detract from this outstanding experience.

Wow! So much fun ^^
This game is brilliant. Although I don't know Japanese, it's easy to travel through the game. It is a shame that you don't know what the story is about but you do kind of suss it out after a while. The gameplay is nice and simple, upgrading your chars is as easy as booting up the DS and the dungeons & bosses get very challenging. all in all, amazing game ^^

Great Game
A very fun Dungeon Crawler game with great graphics, awesome gameplay and beautiful cut scenes. the game is a steal for $20 bucks.

Children of Mana DS
This is an inexpensive way of owning and playing a very good game. I have completed a good part of the game without too much trouble. This would get 5 stars from me if it had an English language option. The service from PlayAsia is very good also - very fast shipping of my order.
