Irides: Master of Blocks is an incredible puzzler game where the player has to match blocks of similar colors together to eliminate them, score points and create combos. The faster that the blocks are connected and the more blocks there are, the better the score when they are eliminated! Just like all of the great classic puzzle games, Irides: Master of Blocks is an easy concept, but one that is tough to master!

Irides: Master of Blocks contains over 30 levels of content, challenging players with different Power Blocks to either assist or hamper your progression through the game. Players can also attempt to become the Master of Blocks with a friend in Co-Op mode, progressing through the game with both players playing in the same playfield. A two-to-four player multiplayer mode allows players to face off against friends or foes to see who is the true Master of Blocks! Friends not around to play? Submit scores online to see who the best in the universe at smashing blocks is!

This is a CD-ROM based product and might not be compatible with some Dreamcast™ consoles manufactured after October 2000.

Japanese unsale
It is a valuable commodity not put on the market where I live. It is joyous that the software of the Dreamcast is put on the market in recent years. I like BGM of the game.

Great Indie Game For The Dreamcast!
Pretty much just like Lumines, it's a block puzzle game, for your amazing Sega Dreamcast! You really can't go wrong for the price, especially if you've been meaning to give your Dreamcast some extra love.

Solid new DC title!
It warms my heart seeing new Dreamcast games being produced, so hearing there was a new puzzle game coming in 2009 had me excited. the overall game is solid, most will compare this to being a Lumines clone, and while that statement isn't too far off it is still a very enjoyable game. graphics are solid although not taxing the DC firepower in the least bit. it has some nice tunes, extra modes, and for under $22 USD the price can't be beat, especially when it's as much fun as this. Any true DC fan should be giving this game a chance.

Irides December 2009 release
I ordered the Limited Edtion version of Irides and was very impressed by the bang-for-your-buck, it came with a numbered coin and different cover art to the standard version, it also came with a numbered sheet with autographes from the developers, the cover art could have been much better for this title, a nice US style "Dreamcast" border could have made it better imho. Putting the game into the system and reaching the front end I started to feel like this maybe one those DOS looking games that are testers for tech some developers tend to go with. I decided to keep at it and got into the main game, I was met with some fantastic music and the game played very close to Lumines on PSP/PS2 I was very impressed! I would go as far as saying that Irides is my favourite Independent release since Wind and Water Puzzle Battles and I really hope the developers continue to invest time into making Dreamcast titles as I will for sure continue to invest my money.

Suprise!
A pleasant suprise this one! Plays much like Lumines n the next gen platforms. Excellent production values, decent graphics and music. Most importantly the game is good fun! Highly recomended, probably my favourite of all the recent DC indie releases.
