Definitive version of mass effect. This version comes with the bring down the sky dlc which costs 400 ms points. While the content is kind of a ripoff if you buy it seperately, its a nice bonus when you buy this version. The actual game is without a doubt my favourite rpg on 360. The setting, the characters are all amazing, everything this game does is on a grand scale. The only let down would be the poor frame-rate at times. Still the game is excellent!

Great game, great price Now that Mass Effect is a value game there is no excuse not to try the game out. It is a great adventure in the with the same feeling of Knights of the Old Republic minus Jedis.
The graphics are good and so is the story.

A must have! This game has an amazing history. This is a must have for any RPG fan, don't waste time anymore, just buy it if you don't have it yet, you will enjoy every little pice of this game.

RPG Shooter Mass Effect..
Not sure what it is that pulls me in as depending on class it can be really slow and be played practically turned based later on with your power, or go in all guns blazing at another. Actually, i think that's what pulls me in. It's that it does have a fair bit of customisation and each little set piece battle can go either way.
The only issue with this is that as at the time of writing this the newest piece of DLC doesnt work, but this is still a great product and there will no doubt be a fix soon. I have put many hours into this game without the need for DLC.

A must have Sci-fi RPG! When i got it from Play-Asia, i haven't stopped playing it. Already have 2 different character class already, to get the xbox achievements. Can't wait for the sequel next year, so i can load my character(s) to it.

I LOVE THIS GAME! Sorry for the caps and sorry for shouting, but its true. This is simply one of the best games that has ever been brought out. The story line is simply fantastic and so is the gameplay.
I am not a heavy RPG fan but this one definitely got me hooked.
The only problems sometimes are the camera or controls problems, but they are all minor and you perhaps will not even notice them because the story is just so damn good!
A Beautiful experience This was my first XBox360 game. The graphics of this game are superb. During one playing my friends were watching and were astonished at the water effects and how real everything looked. The story is what drives this game though. There is so much backstory and the conflicts seem so real that you actually start believing that you are living this game

Very Special Game reminded me how good KOTOR was when I first played it. The story is pretty strong and the world they have created is filled with a lot of back story. The game does give you the choice to play good or bad. A very strong RPG and very different from the norm.

let me put it simple, it's This is one of the reason I bought X360 console and I don't regret it. ME is one of the best game which incorporates Roleplay, Shooter, and Tactic, aside from a great concept, story, character design, and background. BIOWARE, you ROCKS!
Can't wait for the part 2 of this AMAZING Trilogy in late 2009

What a ride! A great game!
The story missions are a blast, but the side missions are a bit lacking. Be prepared to trudge along in your vehicle on the same kinds of planets, going into the same 3 kinds of buildings over and over again...
Aside from the repetition and some slow graphical loading, this game is highly recommended. It feels like you're playing a summer blockbuster!
This game is unbelievable good, deep, enchanting, intelligent, etc. My opinion is a little biased though...since I always liked Bioware s games. But this game is really the tip of the iceberg, even if you dont like the RPG elements it is still a decent shooter...not a Gears of War, but neverthess suprisingly entertaining.
This game is a must have title! Be prepared to take a week or 2 off, in order to play this game, because once you get started, it is difficult to stop...
Superb story Has minor graphic glitch occassionally and loading time. But the story and gameplay makes up for it. Highly recommended.

5 stars for the RPG parts; 2 stars for the FPS parts The FPS parts have that same problem Gears of War has - if you die and don't want to have to play from the beginning all over again, the game restarts with much harder difficulty. So you die again. And that just keeps going until you quit the game.
Worse, this one puts you backwards past stuff you already went through.
It also has the same problem with minigames that the World Series Poker 2 title has: there's no instructions as to how to play them, so you only know what to do properly the second time they come around (except in the Poker title there's no coherence at all as to what buttons do what in the minigames). But then you have to replay the whole section to get another shot.
And, despite getting through this part fine the first time, I wasn't happy about the way you aren't sure if certain characters are hostiles or not - until they are trying to kill you.
However, I hugely enjoyed the RPG storyline investigation parts, and the squad equipping and stats assigning. Pity the FPS bits ruin it.
I think FPS only works in 2D titles, or using a decent lightgun. Cause I can play those types of games fine - all 3D FPSs are impossible however.
Region Free This game is awesome!! I´m 20 hours into the game and its a blast, game looks graphically good apart for some minor glitches like texture popping.
