Scary, yes. But technologically....well, simply outdated.
Of course, the game is old. That being said, I am reviewing it NOW, so I have to say that some parts are simply just barely "acceptable", as they play like a walk through wait-deep mud. Controls are unresponsive to a certain degree, and collision...well, let's say that fighting in this game is as much a question of luck as it is of skill.
Still talking about story and atmosphere: The game definitely delivers. Awesome horror-thriller setting....

So scary... yet so addicting..!
this game is freaky. addicts around every corner, waiting to punce on you; soft, spooky music in the background; this game is ubelievably suspenseful, and not for the faint of heart. But it's unbelievably fun and will leave you very satisfied with the great storyline, great graphics, and intense melee action. The voice acting seems a little mediocre at times but it doesnt really effect the experience. Definatly a good choice.
