The game previous Armored Core should've been Armored Core has hit the the Xbox360 and PS3 for the second time, and this game shows that the franchise is here to stay.
Refined missions, gameplay, and overall structure gives the vibe that this is THE experience From Software should've put out before.
Although the game is still hard to recommend to newcomers to the franchise, if you have the will to delve into the world of AC, what you'll find is one of the best in-depth customizable mechs with big playground to test your skills as a mech engineer and mech pilot.
SUPERB I have to say that this is the best AC game yet. Any fan will be amazed at what this game has to offer. The mechs are awesome as usual, but the new maps/stages are absolutely incredible. Great detail and very interesting. A very science fiction feel.

You can play online co-op through the storyline missions or in free play where you can choose any mission you like with a friend! (Yes including those massive fortresses!) A few old features have came back in this version such as customizing your HUD color and a fair number of npc arena opponents. You also have some new features such as improved match making online. (I know we have all been dieing for that.) There are some new pvp settings as well such as respawn on death to get some real chaos brewed up in 4v4! This installment also features the biggest solid shell (double shoulder) single barrel huuuge grenade launcher. The biggest gun in AC yet! a must have!
