Fantastic The first thing I felt after playing this game was that it was like a blend between Splinter Cell and Ghost Recon. This game does require brains and strategies when played at the hardest difficulty.
Great Bargain Best game you can buy in the $20 range. A great shooter, and if you haven't played other Tom Clancy games, the commands feature makes it really cool. Recommend it to anyone into teambased shooters.
Tactical Combat in Vegas A brilliant foray into a realistic simulated environment - who doesn't love Vegas casinos? - a lot like Gears of war, but set in an Urban city environment instead of desolated cities.

Great but AI could be better The only complain so far would be the enemy AI. They respond realistically, but are tactically inept. The nature of the game makes this fun but upon reflection, it makes the game a tad too arcade-ish when its supposed to be of a more serious nature.
One of a kind I played R6 Vegas at PC first, and i totally got blown away. Because i usually don't like Tom Clancy's games, but R6 Vegas is a fast-paced, team-based, action-tactical game, with an intense storyline too. Great for a collection indeed

Rainbow Six Vegas I've never really liked tactical shooting games like SWAT 4 or the Rainbow Six series. We old-school gamers love to run into a battlefield straight on and obliterateas many people we can under the moon. Who wants to peep around corners, whisper silently to teammates and shuffle slowly to the next checkpoint? Give me Quake, Doom and Serious Sam anytime? But Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Vegas (available for PC and Xbox 360) will win over gamers from any camp. It mixes raw action, an endless hail of bullets and Sin City Las Vegas in all its neon-lit glory. All that, if you can get past the boring first chapter, which seems a rip-off from Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter and its Mexican locale.
During your team's pursuit of a ruthless female Latino terrorist, your two buddies get kidnapped and you are forced to continue the hunt in Las Vegas where the "tangos" have taken gamblers hostage. R6V gets the basic right from the start. Firstly, the level design is simply top notch. The shining example is the intense firefight in a multi-storey shopping mall where escalators and corner pillars are your only protection. You'll scream to yourself "Think! Think of what to do next!" as your team lies bleeding on the marble floor while the intelligently programmed enemies close in from multiple directions. Jackpot machine rooms, grand staircases and huge carparks are cool places to fight terrorists too.
The sound engineering also adds a layer of excitement, be it the movie-style soundtrack, or the realistic and atmospheric sound effects. Often, you'll destroy tacky-looking Vegas hotel ornaments just to hear the glass shatter. The graphics are not fantastic (the characters look very blocky) but on the Xbox 360 version, everything shines with the familiar sleazy glow of Vegas. And what is a tactical shooter without cool infiltration moves? Use cool techniques like rappelling (yes, you can even invert-rappel upside down) and room breaching moves. With virtual teammates who look after themselves, you don't even have to save the world yourself.

Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six: Vegas - Must for 360 Owners Got this last week from Play-Asia and it arrived in a week. I am based in Northern Ireland. Great service kept me upto date through email with when it was posted etc. Is brand new and works as stated on my Pal 360 no problem as does the online play.
Great game, amazing visuals and gameplay. Best AI ive seen in a game, enemies are smart as are your teammates using tactics to get the upper hand.
Will definently use this site again for my next games purchase and am recommending it to friends.

Spiel des Jahres Ein absoluter Hype macht sich seit einigen Tagen breit!
Die Wii ist in aller Munde und auch ich habe mir eine gesichert. Trotz Zelda, Red Steel und CoD3 (360) spiele ich aber nur noch ein einziges Spiel: R6V!!
Es ist unglaublich!
Als Fan von GRAW (mein Kaufgrund für die 360) wurde ich grafisch und spielerisch noch einmal mehr umgehauen. Zwar denke ich persönlich, dass GRAW2 nochmal einen drauf setzen wird, aber R6V ist derzeit das heißeste Spiel! Eigentlich habe ich nach der Demo von R6V immer noch fest daran geglaubt, dass GRAW nach wie vor mehr kann, aber die Missionen in der Stadt (zu Beginn von R6V) sind vergleichbar mit denen in GRAW, wobei taktisch ein wenig mehr geboten wird. Geniale Grafik und tolles Spielgefühl!
Hinzu kommt der erstklassige Service von Play-Asia, der unschlagbar niedrige Preis und: auf die deutsche Synchro muss nicht verzichtet werden! Die Asia Version beinhaltet alle Sprachen und ist natürlich auf allen PAL 360 Konsolen abspielbar!!!

Einziger Minuspunkt an R6V: keine dauerhafte 3rd Person Ansicht...fand ich an GRAW besser.
Meiner Ansicht nach ist GRAW auch immer noch cooler (Hauptcharakter und Missionen), dafür punktet R6V aber mit überragenden Online-Matches!!!

Top Drawer Another superb Tom Clancy title, probably the best of the franchise and even pushes Gears of War for quality of game play and graphics.
This is the NTSC version, but it works fine on my PAL system (through RGB). Took a little longer than previous titles to arrive but well worth the wait. Another winner from Play-Asia!

Just downloaded demo from xbox live thi sgameis awesome download free demo from xbox live. I am a big fan of all the ghost recons and all the rainbow 6's but I have to say, graphically this blows all the other ones away, plus the gameplay is unbeleivable and a control system so smooth, this game will not fail to impress trust me.
