詳細描述
In TimeShift, you assume the role of renowned test pilot Colonel Michael Swift who recently lost his only daughter in a bus accident. Depressed and desperate for an escape from his misery, Swift decides to accept a recent offer from the U.S. Government.
Armed with a time-control device called the "Quantum Suit" and a time machine called the "Chronomicon," Swift sets out to test the most significant inventions of the century. He is briefly sent back in time to 1911 to plant an experimental probe. Upon his return to the present, a shift has occurred. The world he left has changed beyond all recognition. And his knowledge of this timeshift has made him an enemy of the state. Swift is now both on the run and on a mission to set time straight once again.
Game is good "TimeShift" is a game that had everything to go wrong, but managed to surprise. It is technically well done and provides fun fighting, especially in multiplayer mode. Unfortunately not press for its originality and sometimes fails to explore the potential of puzzles and powers, which takes away precious points before competitors original.

Standard shooter with a neat twist Let's face it - you've played this game 100 times before. It doesn't really bring anything new to the game mechanics of the FPS genre except that you can slow, stop and rewind time!
It's pretty cool but it doesn't really add much to the game overall. It's lots of fun but it would have been much better had it been used for more puzzle solving elements.
It's not a bad game, it just feels like a cool idea was wasted.

Great Game. I like the idea of changing the time to your advantage. Grafics are quit good too. Gameplay is good, but there is almost no Storyline, what is a pity ..
For 20 US Dollar its a must-buy!

Value For Money Value for Money. The ability to pause, slow, and rewind time is fun. Weapons are cool and very satisfying to shoot. No regrets I must say.

Solid B grade title I enjoyed Timeshift, but it certainly isn't a grade A title. It has almost no story, the time powers are very gimmicky and half the time not even necessary. The AI is stupid and suicidal, the game length short, the graphics so-so, the atmosphere ripped out of Half Life 2, and the weapons irrelevant once you get the crossbow, which makes most other weapons obsolete.
Yet, after saying all this, I still say it is a fun game and worth a look for any shooter fan. You can find a lot better than Timeshift at the moment with shooters like COD4, Halo 3, and The Orange Box all recently released but you can also do a lot worse (Jericho). A good game to play between games but it's not a game that will leave a big impression or stay with you for a long time.
