A decent 3rd Person Shooter.. John Woo Presents Stranglehold is a fairly decent 3rd person shoot-em-up game. Produced using the Unreal Engine, so the graphics and presentation are not bad, although look a little dated now.. This game almost reminds of a arcade shooter, with very little plot aside from 'kill all the bad-guys to progress to the next section of the stage'.
I enjoyed the gimic of slow motion 'tequila-time', although it wears a little thin eventually. Also, there is very little range of weapons or enemies. It does have fairly easy achievements too, which is a plus for those chasing Gamerscore
Overall, Id say this is not a bad game for a Sunday afternoon brainless shoot-em-up session. I give it 7/10.
