Precise stylus - that's what I needed
This accessory set is good - I would pay $6 for the single pen, but there also are 4 finger sleeves (diff.sizes, though anyway - too small for my fingers), 1 original stylus (a nice little present for my girlfriend who owns DS Lite) and screen cleaner (it serves as bag for finger sleeves too, but I use micro-fibra patches to clean the screen...)
The big pen is great - pretty sharp neb and comfortable size. I use it in my Art Academy with pleasure!
The neb is protected with the cap - so it shouldn't be scratched soon. ("neb is scratched" - funny, but true - my previous stylus was too soft and not protected, so it ruined the protective film on the touchscreen) You can attach the pen to the DS, but I personally didn't do that - it's not too convenient.
And one last thing: the case is very good - firm and light.

Look at other options first
The best thing about this package is the pen. It's sharp and accurate. In fact the sharpness of the pen demands that your DS should have a protective film on it, or else your screen would easily scratch with this one.
But the sharpness also brings in a level of accuracy that you may never be able to achieve with the default stylus.
The pen is definitely the biggest reason to buy this pack. Everything else is just a bonus (though the extra stylus sure does serve as a good backup).
