Good for people who want to use other pads. But it isn't worth the price.
If you want to use a PS2 controller, or an arcade stick with a PS2 port (Hori Real Arcade Pro), or even a Saturn PS2 pad, this will work. But unfortunately you can't configure the PS2's button layout. Which means you're stuck with whatever it gives you.
As for FPS, this is hopeless. The sensitivity needs to be configured per game, as each FPS on the 360 has a different frequency of sensitivity. This becomes tedious if you play different FPS often. Also, the nob is an old tv style, not numbered, so if you get the "perfect" sensitivity, and bump it, you can't find it again as there's no 1/2/3 indicator of sensitivity.
If you really can't stand the dpad, and have PS2 controllers or controllers with PS2 ends on it which you want to use on the 360, be warned - you can't configure the buttons.

Xfps Sniper 3.0 Owns Its the best converter for the xbox 360 ever.
You'll need a Wireless headset 2 talk and you need a recommended mouse 2 play. But seriously if you have the XFPS Sniper 3.0 you will own everyone in the game. I use it for the games:
-COD2/4
-Crackdown
-Halo3
You can also link up old Playstation 2 controllers.
The Xfps Sniper is easy to connect and use. I really recommend this for everyone that would like to play with Mice and Keyboard. Shipping = very Fast.
