Johnny is a veteran member of The Lost, a notorious biker gang. Johnny has been creating business opportunities for The Lost in Liberty City, but his first loyalty must be to the patch he wears on his back and to Billy Grey, the club's President. However, when Billy returns from rehab hell-bent on bloodshed and debauchery, Johnny finds himself in the middle of a vicious turf war with rival gangs for control of a city torn apart by violence and corruption. Can the brotherhood survive?
Developed by series creator Rockstar North and set in Liberty City, Grand Theft Auto IV: The Lost and Damned features a new main character, Johnny Klebitz, and plot that intersects with the storyline of Grand Theft Auto IV; new missions that offer an entirely fresh way to explore Liberty City with new multiplayer modes, weapons and vehicles; and a diverse soundtrack with additional music—all with the incredible production values that are the trademarks of Grand Theft Auto.

Alright, Holdtight, I'm a HIGHWAY STAR! You are no longer the loveable Niko but a Leather-clad shaved-headed jewish biker named JOHNNY KLEIBITZ, playing as Johnny is very refreshing, you are the shadow leader of The Lost Motorcycle club. Theres no messing about and you're put straight to work fetching a bike for your Power-tripping recently parolled Leader/Junkie Billy. His beloved ride has turned-up in the hands of your sworn enemies The Angels of Death MC. You start with a Sawn-Off Shotgun (MY FAVOURITE WEAPON in all of GTA history SPLAT!) and a one of a kind HEXER motorbike (look after it, when its gone, its gone). Action from the get-go!
You are based in scummy Alderney. I love the addition of the LOST clubhouse this reminds me of The Warriors clubhouse alot. Its a friendly place to hangout with the crew and play some Pool, Hi-Low, listen to some thrash/deathmetal or Arm Wrestle for cash. You can even play your friends on xbox live or get a fully loaded weapon delivered there!
Solid allround a must buy it reminds me of San Andreas if you were a biker from Vice City/Stories. New missions, Races, Activities, Weapons, Radio content, MULTIPLAYER! Bike physics/handling have been improved because after all you are a Biker now. Also you can club people off've their bikes in races.. my newest fun thing to do. HellaFun.
20 new vehicles all-up including 17 new Motorcycles including aweome crocthrockets! (hell yeah biatch see you all in the races)

The Beat has new shows featuing Funkmaster Flex and Statik Selektah.
Radio Broker is still hosted by the very sexy Juliette Lewis and has 12 new songs including a Magic Dirt song (go Australia).

Oh Yeah and you can find the new stuff in your NIKO save game too so it refreshes GTAIV too! That only sweetens the deal.
The Lost sets a very high standard for future downloadable game content.
Oh yeah and ps3 and pc GTAIV players can now officially be very jealous, bite the bullet and buy a 360 if you are a true GTA fan as the Lost and Damned is the first of four or more dlc's just for XBOX 360!!!
