Yes, it really does work for the Japnese Marketplace I'm not quite sure what the deal was with the previous reviewers, but the point card I received did in fact work with the Japanese Marketplace. I logged into my JPN account, redeemed the card number, and got my 3500 points no problem.

Doesn't work with Japanese Marketplace. Works with the American one, however, but I can buy American points cards cheaper, so, it's not worth it.
Odd that America is considered part of Asia and Japan isn't.

No title This product can only be used by Asian XBOX Live account, no matter what XBOX 360 region that you have. So, this item can be used if, for example, you make a Singapore XBOX Live account to be used in your japanese XBOX 360.
