The Best Adventure Game Ever
With Altair take the open world of Israel,Arabia,Syria and kill the templars,the all game is about religion fight,the templars using the religion against the people,save the world as the Altair,i am a huge fan of Assassins Creed series and i love this game,if want a awesome game buy this one :)

Best ever
Incredible history and fantastic scenery, is one of the best (if not best) series of the new generation of consoles (if you have the opportunity to play all AC games), but is a little repetitive and the battles are less complex than the other games of the serie.

Awesome history which you can digest while playing at the same time. Though I may expect the game to be like the 2nd installment (Assassin's Creed II) since I play that play first after that follow by Brotherhood. Just to admit, I'm a bit disappointed cause it's like less challenging than it's later installment. Overall is very fun to play, with stealthy killing & pickpocketing thugs.

I found this game boring
The game looks good, the style is pretty cool, but I just found it very repetitive. I really dont understand what people see in the 1st installment in the Assassin's Creed series (this game). Its the same repetitive thing over again, too much collecting (which wasn't fun or addictive in this game). There are other sandbox games I would rather play, and there are other stealth games I would rather play.
The game looks good, the style is pretty cool, but I just found it very repetitive. I really dont understand what people see in the 1st installment in the Assassin's Creed series (this game). Its the same repetitive thing over again, too much collecting (which wasn't fun or addictive in this game). A beautiful masterpiece
The historical environments are perfectly recreated. The animation is particularly slick and fluid, especially when you're in the middle of free running segments or free falling action. The attention to detail is astounding, from ambient voices that do not repeat, to soldiers's comments to your actions, to the various crowd behaviour. Go anywhere and kill anyone - nothing wrong with that gameplay premise. It is impossible not to like this one.

Repetitive, but BEAUTIFUL
Great story, great graphics, beautifully done. Takes a while to get used to, but it's really fun. Half way there.
Can't wait to finish it and buy AC2.

So Smooth, So Breathtaking
When I bought my XBOX Elite last month, I was dying to get a decent stealth game. I had played all of the Hitman series and am waiting a few months till I get Splinter Cell in my hands. I heard about this game and picked it up. While it is not necessarily a stealth game in the same tradition as the previously mentioned ones, I was quite satisfied with how the game was set up. Instead of long distance sniper rifles I have only my hand blade, which does its job well.
More importantly, however, is gameplay. I recently played Tomb Raider: Underworld on Wii and was very disappointed with platforming controls. Very difficult to master. Even towards the end of the game I was having problems. But with AC, climbing walls, lattices, ladders, towers, etc, was so refreshingly smooth I nearly cried the first time I reached the top of a view point!
That said, it does get a little repetitive at times. I have found myself on an AC break for a few days. I will return to it and love it, no doubt. But it is not a game that I can play for days on end (though maybe hours at a time is possible).
Most amazing thing: free-falling from a view point. Gives me the feeling like I'm actually falling. Great job, Ubisoft!
