Works as described
LIKES: Excellent build quality, no lag at all . Turning on the joystick turns on the XBox console as well.
DISLIKES: Not the kind of customizable (e.g. changing of buttons and joystick) joystick you can get at FightStickAsia. (However if you are not into modding of joysticks then this point is irrelevant)
