I bought this strictly for Tatsunoko V.S. Capcom for the Wii, because the gamecube controller is horrible for it. I wasn't sure if it was going to work but based upon the other reviews, I figured I'd give a try. Boy I'm glad I did cause it works perfectly with it! Shipping cost more than 2 of these products combined! But it was worth it. A must buy for fighting game fans

Perfect for DDR:HP and Ignition 3.0
I purchased this adapter for use with better pads along with DDR:HP. It works very well with no perceived timing issues... even with marvelous timing. A great product for DDR players wanting better quality PS2 pads.

Great Item, A Must Have
I bought this little item because I was sick of the poor design and quality of the GameCube controller. The GC controller almost always has issues with the control stick recording out of "neutral position" even if the control stick is perfectly centered. This can cause your in game character to drift towards the direction the control stick is registering as "neutral". Eventually my controller begin to always register the wrong directions and no matter how many times I would unplug it, the controller would still register out of the neutral position. With this little item, I am now able to play all of my virtual console and GameCube games on my Wii with my PS2 Dualshock Controllers. The converter works perfectly, and there are no issues with any of the buttons or control sticks at all, just make sure your PS2 controller is an official first party Sony controller (the box states that no other brands will work). I guarantee that you will never have issues with any of your GameCube games if you play them with this. Don't trust any of the other brands though, Mayflash's Official GameCube Joybox is the one adapter with the most fluent button conversion and it has no lag time unlike other brands.
