I recommend! I bought this item because the GameCube controller is very bad for fighting games, because the arrangement of buttons. Using the PS2 controller, fits like a glove in his hands.

Works Ok with PS2 gamepad and DDR dancing mats in Wii I have used it for connecting my PS2 gamepad to the Wii and play Gamecube games and it works perfectly. Moreover, the PS2 gamepad works with some SPECIFIC Wii games (only a few games a ready for that as Mario Kart). I have tried it with my PS2 dancing mat and "Dance Dance Revolution: Mario Mix" for gamecube and it works perfectly (on Wii).
