A must for fighters If you've played fighting games on both the PS 2 and the Xbox you may have noticed that the Xbox's controller left something to be desired. I purchased a dreambox a while back and was very pleased with it's performace. Being able to use a PS 2 controller with Dead or Alive U and Guilty Gear finally cleared any frustrations I had about controll issues with the game. The added bonus of being able to use it with Xbox live made it well worth the money.

Dreambox Converter is a dream! I have played numerous racing games on the PS2, and am a big fan. Among these are the NASCAR games, about 4 in total, over the last 3-4 years. As a NASCAR fan, I always found these games very enjoyable. The latest version, NASCAR 06, has voice control so I thought it best to purchase the XBOX version so I could use the XBOX Live headset. I was shocked and frustrated to find the game exceedingly difficult to control, and was concerned that the franchise had changed its contols too radically for me to truly enjoy this game. On a whim, I decided to buy the Dreambox Converter, on the possibility that the XBOX controller was the issue. I chose the Dreambox Converter due to the fact that you can also still use the XBOX Live headset with it. Turns out the XBOX controller was the issue! Now that I'm using a PS2 controller on this XBOX title, all the control issues are gone and the game is enjoyable again. No problems at all either with using the XBOX Live headset. The PS2 controller is a superior design, and now thanks to the Dreambox Converter, I won't be using any other type of controller again!
