Do you want super clear graphics on your existing PC monitor while playing the Dreamcast? Then you would definitely want to buy this product. Connect it with the necessary wires, and you're all ready to go!
Works as it should, but... I've tested it on my PAL Dreamcast and it seems to work just fine with my VGA supported games with brilliant picture quality. The sound (via speaker) output is suprisingly good, coming from such a little plastic box.
There are a few gripes though: the parts used for the VGA box feels quite cheap, with the red LED light not functioning when in use. The master edge connector is also slightly wider than the AVOUT port, forcing you to 'push' the connector into the port, which may potentially damage your system.
Overall, you can't really go wrong with this, it still does work well and is a cheap alternative to hunting down the now scarce official Dreamcast VGA box.
Really impressed The image quality you get for your dreamcast games with this vga adapter is really awesome,everything looks more colorfull,everything looks sharper.
Ecco,shenmue,zero gunner 2,head hunter etc. look absolutely amazing on my monitor,too bad that not all games suport vga,but when they do you'll be glad you bought this device which is not too expensive imo.
And it comes in a nice long white box with red lettering.

This is everything you need to have the DC connected to any output this box is _the_ one component allowing your dc to get connected to either a vga (natively) or a tv set via composite or s-video. the only unsupported connection is RF/antenna (which is not a big deal as RF/antenna is the last means you'd want to use). Plus the device is very well made too (i can testify as i opened mine as soon as i got my hands on it : )
