Great at fist, gets old after a while This game is insanely addicting within the first couple weeks of playing, but eventually gets to a part where everything is just too repetitive, and you'll end up just getting bored.
Horrible This game is far too hard, the story as well as the music are lame and soon about to drive you insane. Although it is quite a great idea to develop a game like this on nintendo ds I wouldn'd recommend you buying it, except you're ready to try several operation at least about 20 times á five minutes without getting a clue what exactly you're making wrong (many operations depend on luck and hardly on your own skills).
Almost perfect This game plays as you imagine- you control tools with the touch screen and perform operations, with a fairly silly but good storyline stitching it all together (ha ha). It's brilliant fun and very addictive. The game isn't without problems though, as it's very fussy with it's "miss" system, which gives you only a limited amount of stuffups until you fail (ie if you misplace a bandage by a tiny amount, you'll lose the same as if you'd stabbed their heart!). There are also obscenely difficult surgeries that'll drive you nuts, and will take many tries to pass.
Basically, if you're after something to really demonstrate the touch screen's full abilities and want a quick-fix action game (surgeries rarely go for more than 5 minutes at a time), then this is definitely for you. I just wish it was less strict with some of the frivolous parts of the operations...
