Cool stylus, bad holder.
The stylus itself is pretty nice. Huge improvement over the stock model, and much easier to use. The downfall is the holder. It latches into the DS's stylus slot and one of the screw recesses, plus has some adhesive strips to help it stick. This also means you have a big chunk of plastic where your hands go, which I found really uncomfortable. The stylus fits perfectly into the Card Case DS Leather Type.
I'd recommend the Touch Pen Attachment DS Lite. It's the same price and a whole lot nicer.

Snaps right onto the ds lite, but it might not fit into some cases that way. The stylus is a lot longer than the ones that come with the ds lite and a little thicker. I felt it was a little easier to manage, and my hand wasn't right on top of the screen or as cramped.

Not a bad pen, but not the most comfortable either
The Hori Comfortable Touch pen is an improvement over the normal stylus that comes with NDS Lite. The length of the pen is a little over half an inch shorter then the width of the NDS Lite. It's also not as wide (fat) as a normal ball point pen. It's probably only a couple of centimeters wider than the normal stylus that come with the NDS Lite. So, I wouldn't exactly call this a very comfortable pen, although it is still better then the normal stylus. If you want better comfort get a stylus pen holder with wider grip support, or a wider pen, or a pen with gel grip support (if and when it does come out. I thought initially the Hori comfort pen has a soft grip guess that's not the case). The plastic clip that holds the pen is only useful for those that do not use a case (ie. silicon case).
