works great! Some tips:
I have mine for more than 6 months now. It works great still. The manual says it doesn't work with 4gb cards but mine does. My 4gb is a SD card from Transcend, the hi-speed model. I did not try putting 2 x 4gb ones, since I don't have another. For some time I thought it was showing problems since it didn't work every time, but I found out that I was the culprit. When I put my PSP in its case, sometimes the cable would be pushed and then the adapter was released. It was just a matter of pushing it in properly again. Make sure yours is not loose when picking up your psp!

It did not work...
I don't know if this is true for all the units but for me it did not work. I think it's choosing the type of memory card you use. At first, I used a 256mb sd card. It worked but the next time I opened it, it did not anymore. But it can read a dual voltage MMC, like the ones used by Nokia cellphones but the B slot doesn't work even with the A slot working. I guess the connector is still isn't that stable. So it looses connection. This unit should be put back in the drawing board.

Memory Card Support
İt does not support memory sticks greater than 2 gb. I bought it to use 2 x 4 gb memory card at the same time but I do not use it. I think Play-asia must add some comments about this case.

So Dont buy it , if you want to use 4b or more..

Does not work on My PSP (1004)
I tried it on my PSP and it doesn't work on it (with firmware m33 3.51). I tried to flash it with another custom firmware version but nothing changed (3.40* LE).

But the device works on some PSP. I tried it on another and it works.

Does someone knows my it doesn't work on my device?

Some guesswork required
The first convertor of this type that I ordered worked out-of-the-box with my unformatted SD cards, which I thought was great, so I went about transferring files from my Mem Stick Duo to PC, and then back again to the SDs... when the entire unit ceased to function. After powering down the PSP for a while, the cards briefly began to be detected again, then died a second time - I was quite distraught.

A replacement was sent to me, at which point I made sure the VERY FIRST THING I did was format the 2 SD cards I was using - and I've been enjoying it ever since. So despite the indication that your unformatted card is detected, just be sure to format it for PSP before moving ANY DATA across a usb connection, and you should be fine with this product.

I bought this, it works GREAT BUT it does not work with memory sticks nor memory stick duo.

First Thanks Play-Asia the great product i received this today and all i can say it's works perfect with an 1GB SD , the speed is very good almost the same as MS i try with videos , musics , and games etc all is working good this deserve a 5 stars.

a hint for those complaining about the connector, open this thing and tuck about 1.5 inches of the cable under the circuit board. this gets it out of the way, but makes it so you have to take it off the psp to unplug / replug the connector.

Well yeh its a good bit of kit- but to all those who say that only one slot works YOU DIDN'T READ THE INSTRUCTIONS!!! I've found it only works with 2 identical sd cards e.g. (2 x 2gb) or (2 x 512mb).
The key is to plug sd's in then plug the unit in to the psp, goto settings/card format VOILA! Jobs a good en!

Works Perfect
Some people say that it only work with one card, but if you put 2 cards in it, then format both cards through your psp, it sees BOTH cards at once.
The connector isn't flimsy, a bit in the way, but not flimsy. And one of the best things, I was able to downgrade, and upgrade my FW using an sd card, and the double memory expander.
Don't hesitate, GET THIS THING. It more than pays for itself, considering the high price of pro duo cards.

i have this and its great for using your SD cards however only one of the slots works but no big deal its still great

FANTASTIC does what it says
i got mine today and i cant lie and say it doesnt stick out cause it does, but if your anything like me? (i like my gadgets) it makes your psp look much better,more customized! i also ordered 2 2gb cards and dispite what the other comment says, i read the instructions and it says insert a card in BOTH SLOTS. and it works that way ive now got 4gb of storage. So if you need that bit extra space for whatever you use your psp for or you just want to make your psp so it looks that bit better than the person sitting next to you. I would recommend this as its still cheaper to buy this and two of the old style sd cards than it would be to buy a equivalent offical psp memory card from sony.

WORTH THE MONEY!!!
I got mine today and what people was saying about this was wrong its aesthetically pleasing and doesn't stick out that much so therefore doesn't enhibit gaming in anyway. The connector is not as flimsy as many believed its solid enough and does the job. The only down side is that only one of the slot work so you cannot use 2 cards at once, but on the lighter side that doesn't really matter as sd cards are half the price of pro duo cards they are in some cases faster sometimes double the speed and are found in most electrical devices that you may own so I give this 7/10 if you require that much needed memory and want a cheap and effective option then buy this device as it is well worth the money!!!

Works pretty good!
I saw pictures on the net and comments about how flimsy the connecter was gonna be and how balky it look going behind the psp. But after I got this... It wasnt at all in the way of anything. I pop in my 4 gig SD that I use for my canon digital camera and it works perfect. Thanks play asia... I rate this product 8/10! It's worth the price... it would of got a 10 but than id be over doing the rating.
