Tamagotchis make great pets but when the people who make tamagotchis make new versions everyone wants to buy those ones. They forget about the old ones and then the old ones get thrown in the bin probably! So people, please listen to me, The designers of Tamagtochis need to stop making new tamagotchis because you are wasting money. When everybody heard the version 2 was out they brought it. When the saw the version 3 was out the brought it. But there forgetting there buying the same thing but with different colors, shapes, sizes, & more characters. But what about your old tamgotchi? You loved it and then turned your back on it!

Your Tamagotchi's are great! There are so much fun. I'm Just thinking that V1 got stickers and V2 didn't. Any way there are cool. To get the codes you go to the shop were there is a animal and press button "A" 3 times in 2 secs. When you do that the Animal will rise its hands. Then you type in the codes. I found out all 6 codes ( YEP, All 6) they are:
Hair Potion: ACBCABAC
Costum: CBAACABC
Whole Cake: ABBACBCC
Steak: BACBCACB
Love Potion: BCBACABA
Teddy Bear: CBAACABC
The Teddy Bear and the Costume have the same codes so you will have to do it 2 times. They are free once for every Gen. So if you wanten 2 of something you will have to pay for the 2en one.

Turn the time to 11-59p.m. Wait five to ten minutes. Your tama should wake up with the baby asleep. After a few minutes your tama should leave its baby. Then set the time back to normal.

How To Get It Awake!
If you want your tamagotchi to be awake here`s how!
all you have to do is to turn your tamagotchi on it`s back and
you will see a little red butten.Now get a pen or pencil and
push the little red butten with the tip of the pen or pencil then
your tamagotchi will make a niose and another egg will
appear then press B butten and then you will see
( reset or down-load) go to down-load and press B butten
and your tamagotchi will be awake!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

A huge step forward
This is a massive improvement from the v1 and v2 tamas...looking back onto my old v2 it's slow, tedious but still classic, while the connexions is modern, advanced, full of depth and a h*ll of a lot of fun - get one, get two, get however many - but be sure you have some pals willing to get them too, or buy them one as a birthday present or something, it really is so much fun with friends

We just got ours. How much does this darn thing sleep? How do you wake it up. We have reset it 2 or 3 times and by the time we get the date set up, it's asleep again.... Any advice, anyone?

These Tamagotchis are way better than the former released.
I mean come on, just how cool are they? with built in IR communication and the ability to have tamababies (mine is still trying for one) these tamagotchi are the best of the best! You can even name the Tamagotchi (Up to 5 letters) just like a real pet, but if they poo, all you have to do is press buttons and poof, its gone! My advice to you, GET ONE NOW!

Now I got one for my little sister because she kept steeling mine! So now she finally got one. She named it Tommy too that copycat! She even feeds it when I do and everything. Just got my second Tamagotchi 4 days ago.
I just got my second one 4 days ago. I was out of town when it arrived and I was so shocked when I saw it because this one came in about 1 week or less and the first one I got came 1 day AFTER it was suppossed to be here. So...I'm extremely happy with it and of course....I got ANOTHER white one with the pink hearts. So now I have 2 of one and none of the others.....How wonderful? But I'm still happy! Play-Asia definately got an overload of white tamagotchis with pink hearts. A lot of the reviews here say that they got those recently, and I did too...and I'm a boy.

Luckily I was able to scrape the hearts off with scizzors, defacing the poor tamagotchi, but at least it's not as girly now.

Well this thing took forever to get here. It took more than a week for my order to be shipped out. then it took around 2 or 3 weeks to get here. Then again I got the lowest priced shipping so X_X blah.

Even though it's in japanese it's very easy to figure out, and this site has a link to a translation guide anyway.

I just got mine int the mail today. Having lots of fun. I was able to figure most of it out but really wish I could read Japanese so I could understand the instructions. If anbody knows where to get English instructions please post it. I ordered a second one and I can't wait to get it so they can make friends.

Even if you can't read Japanese, Tamagotchi Plus is still very easy to figure out. You'll get used to it very quickly. I've also submitted a link to English instructions above.

Tamagotchi Plus is such an improvement over the original. It's full of surprises! You'll have lots of fun with just one, but I highly recommend buying two. They do the cutest things when the meet each other, like playing games and exchanging gifts. Play Asia is the best place to get them right now (if you don't care which color you get). Yet another Japanese toy craze. I really hate this stuff with a passion. Tamagotchi, Yu-gi-oh!, and my least favorite, Pokemon. Gotta catch them all! I liken all of these crazes to the modern pop music scene. Bland, unoriginal crap designed only to sell lots of copies. Look closely and you'll notice only incremental "improvements" in these things (such as new "sets" of Pokemeon). That way, with each "improvement", you "need" to buy them all over again.
