Really good artbook (for fans only)
This is Persona 3: Official Design Works book. If you bought the US-Special Edition of the game, you would have a bit of what this this artbook has. Primary sketches, storyboard on the introduction video of the game, character design etc etc. This is WORTH having if you are a fan of the game :D

Sketches from the initial design stages, setting and background boards are all collected, sorted out and printed. Screen caps from the opening and close up of characters faces are taken and put into the CG collection.

This book is very good, a little small compared to a lot of other art books out there but it has its charm. Character concept, enemies, setting design, it's all here, though I would have liked it to be a little more comprehensive, it's still worth having.

Official Design Works
If you're looking for beautiful art works, you looking for the wrong book. Go get Shigenori Soejima Art Works 2004-2010 instead, this is where all the beautiful drawings can be found. This book generally feels more like a data book on the graphics that can be found in the game. It doesn't consist of the newer drawings from Persona 3 Portable so you may find something amiss. The drawings include each character's facial expressions as well as the different clothes they wear. They don't show the whole body if that's what you're wondering, it stops at about the thigh area or higher. There are some really awesome sketches of the places (like Tartarus) and also some data on the 12 'boss' shadows you fought plus the main character personas. A bit more stuff here and there but that's about it. Mind you, there is no archive of all the different personas that you can fuse, so yup.
