Great variety of images
I've never played the game but this art book ranks as one of my favourites in my collection.

There's a mix of images meant for promotional material and posters, a high number of character illustrations, landscape sketches (wonderful if you like environment illustration or modelling), a whole array of weapons and an equally interesting collection of monsters. Some of the monsters even include character sheets (the front/side views of a creature) and production sketches.

And these images are all pretty much top notch, the rendering is a blend of realism with fantasy, filled with glorious details and great reference poses.

I collect artbooks for reference material and personal perusal, and this book, the Ark, is one I find myself picking up from time to time. I'd definitely recommend it, especially since most of the stores in my area had sold out this gem years ago.

I'm not a big fan of Lineage but I highly recommended this one. Top-notch quality and awesome art design and core concepts... so damn good that I forget about "Wild Flower" for a while.
