Nice production art book. This is a cool book, theres a lot of nice concept and production work, mainly of characters. The only downside is the book is a bit small (size not page count), however its quite cheap too. Theres a lot of illustrations jammed into this book but it would have that bit nicer in an A4 format! Still definitely worth the money, Ill probably pick up some of the bigger rockman Illustration books based on this one :)

MMBN fans need this this book has great stuff! lots of concept art [including some weird looking pre-sketches of Lan and Megaman] and official art are in here. the back of the book has a repository of every single battlechip from MMBN1~6 as well as special chips. there's even some artwork for the *original* PET, then called a "Personal Terminus". awesome. i bought this with the Rockman EXE Character Picture Book and it came the next week. buy it dammit! ;P
