This is the first release in the Monster Hunter 5th year anniversary series! To celebrate this occasion, all CGs from the franchise will be collected and compiled into this one book.
All pictures on the packagings and book covers etc will be included along with newly drawn illustrations and hidden CGs. Besides pictures, staff interviews, snippets of what happened during the production are put into the pages. Illustrations of posters, packagings, monsters, weapons and characters will be categorized for an easy search.
The CGs in this book comes from the PS2 versions of MH, MHG, MH2 and the PSP versions MH Portable, MH Portable 2nd and MH Portable 2nd G.
Execelent addition to my MH Collection! This book contains every piece of equipment and last little detail of the Monster Hunter Series prior to Frontier. Although I do have to point out that most of them are not, in fact, CG artwork, but cropped screenshots.
It comes with an awesome poster, many many pieces of detailed, 'never seen on the internet' CG artwork, and screenshots of everything thinkable.
I purchased it for the purposes of fan-art, and it will definitely serve me well. The book clearly illustrates every angle of every piece of equipment in the game.

Recommended for all MH fans This book is amazing. Covers almost all versions of MH, except for MH Frontier and MH Tri. But shows all armors, weapons and monsters, plus interviews and promotional artworks.
