Great, but not perfect
very helpful guide. contains every single map of Dragon Quest's 5 world, tactics on every monster encounter, and very detailed growth guide for all the recruitable monsters and characters.

I still like a lot more Dragon Quest 8's guide, because of the simplicity every chapter in the game is treated. This guide tris a little too much.

The presentation is great, but some pages feel a bit empty at times. Some in game strategies arent useful at all (the T'n'T boards arent strategies at all, but its not their fault, the game depends a lot on luck and probability).

All in all, I enjoy reading it from time to time, and it helped me after my first walktrough (I dont read strategy guides in my first playtrough).
